Council of the Great City Schools is an organization collection of urban public schools systems whose mission is to equip its member districts with the right voice in Washington and to ensure the successes of the students and faculty within each and every school. After strategizing with leadership our team was able to prescribe tools and tactical items to help with several of their conferences and brand issues including: attendance of younger demographics, brand message, and fundraising. After our help, the Council of the Great City Schools more than doubled its sponsorship to some of its events, was able to gear its content to younger demographics, and reevaluate how it approaches events.
